This session will walk educators through the instructional decision-making process for students receiving special education services. We'll explore how to align instruction with IEP goals, understand the roles of various team members, and utilize data to support targeted interventions. Participants will gain clarity on how instructional adjustments are determined, how general education and special education staff collaborate, and how to ensure students receive access to grade-level content in meaningful and equitable ways.
We all have our favorite “go-to” strategies that spark engagement in the classroom. This interactive session is all about sharing those tried-and-true ideas—and discovering new ones! Come ready to swap, share, and ‘steal’ inspiration you can take back to energize your own classroom.
